The popular Poker After Dark is set to return with previously unaired episodes on the NBC Sports Network starting March 5th.
PAD was produced by Poker PROductions and underwritten by Full Tilt Poker. It frequently garnered .4 – .7 ratings, which are very late-night numbers.
The episodes will include 24 cash game shows (4 weeks) and 6 sit-n-go episodes (1 week). The shows were shot mostly in December 2010.

While the shows do not have an online sponsor (or any sponsor), this is nonetheless a positive indicator for mainstream TV’s appetite for broadcasting poker programming.
No word yet if any new shows will be ordered, although we’d expect a sponsor would have to come on board to at least help underwrite the costs.
